.Our financial goal is that everyone who wants counseling can have it. We seek to work with our clients on an affordable plan.
INSURANCES: We are constantly adding new insurances, so please give us a call to see if we accept yours.
Major insurances are: Accentra, Aetna, Alwell, Ambetter, Amerigroup, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Caresource, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser, Magellan, Medicaid, Optum/ Optum EAP, Oscar, Peachstate, United Health Care, and WellCare.
We also accept private pay and offer sliding scale options based on income. Must provide proof of income. Payments by invoice or in person. We accept credit/debit cards/apple pay, and cash app.
Mental Health Evaluation $150.00 (flat rate)
FMLA $150.00 (flat rate)
Short Term Disability $150.00 (flat rate)
Emotional Support Animal Letter $ 125.00 (flat rate)
Court Letter $100.00+ (varies)
Anger Management/ Parenting Reports $85.00-$150.00
Expedited letters available within 24-48 hours for an additional $50.00-$75.00.
SELF PAY: Dr. Tonya $150 per hour cash only.
Intern provided counseling under strict supervision: $75.00
(Adult, teens, parenting support, and life transitions).
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50.oo late cancellation/no-show fee.
RETREATS/SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS: To be determined (Size, Location, Materials, Etc.)

EDUCATIONAL CLASSES/COURT ORDERED/ DFCS PROGRAMS
(All of these classes come with a Certificate of Completion
Anger Management/Parenting/ Substance Abuse/Shoplifting
1 session/hour is $35 Session
All day class/8 hours $(Some P.O.'S look for the one-day classes. $200.00 + additional will be $35 per hour (with P.O flyer $150.00).
24 hour/class (basically we work out your completion date with you depending on how many hours you
want to take at a time) $600.00
All judges/P.O.'s do not accept the one-day class so please ask your P.O.).
