Dr. Brown graduated from Spring Arbor College (SAC) in Spring Arbor Michigan. She has B.A. degrees in Public Relations, Advertising and Business Administration. She attended The Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) where she received dual Masters of Divinity degrees in Psychology of Pastoral Care & Counseling and Sociology of Religion. While at ITC, Dr. Brown did Chaplain internships at Grady Memorial Hospital, Southern Regional Hospital, Morris Brown College and The United Negro Women's Association. Dr. Brown attended Covenant Counseling Institute where she did a two year residency. The first year was at Peachtree Hospice/Dekalb Medical Center as an HIV/AIDS, cancer and bereavement specialist. Her second year was spent as a Chaplain at Gwinnett Medical Center/Summit Ridge Hospital. Dr. Brown attended University of Doncaster on line studies and achieved a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. The school closed and Dr. Brown attended Dayspring Christian University where she received a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology (the Biblical Model).
Dr. Brown founded Operation Street Harvest (OSH), Inc. in 1992. It became a non-profit in May of 1993. It's mission is to provide a holistic ministry to the homeless and working poor in the way of housing, food, clothes, education, self protection, etc.
Dr. Brown founded The International Cathedral of God (ICOG), International Institute of Theology and Psychological Studies (IITTPS) and Faith & Character Based -- Coastal State Prison Initiative as D/B/A's of OSH.
