Bishop Dr. Tonya Sumner Brown Bishop Dr. Tonya Sumner Brown Internationally Recognized Counselor, Humanitarian, and Founder of the OSH Legacy Family Network with Over 33 Years of Service Bishop Dr. Tonya Sumner Brown is an internationally recognized mental health counselor, spiritual leader, and humanitarian with more than 33 years of counseling experience serving youth, adults, couples, and families. She is the CEO, President, and Founder of Operation Street Harvest, Inc. (OSH), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing professional counseling services, education, outreach, and community empowerment for underserved populations. Dr. Brown is also the visionary behind the OSH Legacy Family Network, an expanding system of programs designed to strengthen communities through counseling, leadership development, youth engagement, and outreach initiatives. Her work has taken her around the world, including Israel, West Africa, South Korea, France, Italy, England, Spain, Brazil, Ireland, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and the Cayman Islands, along with extensive travel throughout the United States. Education Dr. Brown holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Business Administration. She also holds dual Master of Divinity degrees in Pastoral Care & Counseling and Sociology of Religion, a post-master’s two-year certification in Hospital and Hospice Chaplaincy, and a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D).
