For years we have believed we don't have a problem, he or she does. What I have found in my years of counseling is that usually we don't understand that we have a problem(s).
The mind is a very complex thing. When you cut your hand you "bleed." However, many of these disorders are less apparent.
If you can identify with any of these issues or others not mentioned here, it doesn't mean that you are "crazy". It may mean that you need to unlearn, relearn or deeply explore some events in the past that helped shape who you have been.

- Reliance on drugs and alcohol
(Substance Abuse) - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Feelings of hopelessness, low self-esteem, suicidal or homicidal thoughts
(Depression) - Lack of boundary setting skills
- Bad attitude, out of control anger, abusive behavior
(Anger Management) - Out of control eating, shopping, stealing
(Compulsive Addictive Behavior) - Learning motor skills, communications, attention deficit and disruptive behavior disorders (Usually diagnosed in childhood)
- Schizophrenia, mood anxiety, sexual and gender, personality and dissociative disorders
